HEALTHY RECIPES | Delicious Tortilla Guacamole Cones | Perfect Party Snack
Avocados are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which help lower cholesterol levels.They are also packed with antioxidants such as glutathione, vitamin E, and flavonoids.Try topping a grilled tortilla cone with guacamole. It's perfect for appetizers or home parties.
Ingredients: 3 tortillas, 2 avocados, 1 tomato, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ lemon, ¼ onion, abit of olive oil, a bit of cilantro
Instructions:
1.Cut the tortillas in half, roll them into cone shapes
2.Use wooden skewers to hold the edges in place
3.Brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
4.Finely chop the tomato, onion, and cilantro
5.Peel the avocados, remove the pits, and then mash them until smooth
6.Mix the mashed avocados with lemon juice, salt, onion and tomato
7.Top the baked tortilla cones with guacamole
8.Then add cheese and chopped cilantro to finish.
9.Peel the lemon and juice it using a Hurom juicer
10.Enjoy the Tortilla guacamole cones with lemon juice made using a Hurom Juicer!
